I've created a new account in Hik-Connect, but I don't like my randomly generated name. What can I do?
Answer:
Once an account is already created there is not currently a way to change the username. If you would like to set the username yourself and not have it randomly generated, you can do so by registering a new account on the hik-connect website as opposed to the app.
