Below is a password reset method using the Hik-connect website.
1. Log in to the Hik-connect website - www.hik-connect.com and select Forgot Password
2. Input the Hik-connect account information (It will be the email address or phone number that was used to register the Hik-connect account). Input the CAPTCHA code that is listed to the right of the field (note: select the Refresh button until you can read the CAPTCHA code).
3. Next, you will get a pop-up window to input a security code to verify that you have authorized the reset request. The security code will go to the email address or phone number of the registered Hik-connect account
4. Enter new Hik-connect password and confirm and submit.
