How do I set up a NVR/DVR to record both video and audio when logging into the recorder through the web interface.

Answer:

Follow the below instructions after logging into the recorder web interface:

1. Click on "configuration->Video/Audio".
2. Click the dropdown for "Video Type" and choose "Video&Audio" for the Stream Type "Main Stream Normal".
3. Click "Save".
4. Repeat the process for each of the Stream Types "Main Stream Event" and "Sub Stream". 
5. Click "Save". 
6. On the list on the left , click on "Storage->Storage Schedule".
7. Click on "Advanced" and put a tick mark in the "Record Audio" box. 
8. Click "Save".

Repeat the above process for all the cameras you want to record audio.
