Why is my PoC (Power over Coax) DVR not powering my analog cameras?

The Hikvision analog camera also needs to support PoC (Power over Coax) for the DVR to power the camera. If the camera does not support PoC (standard analog camera), then you need to power that camera using a power supply/adapter.
