How can I access my network cameras through my network video recorder using a web browser

Answer:

To access network cameras that are physically connected to the POE ports on network video recorder using a web browser. Open your preferred web browser and log into the NVR using the administrator account. After logging in go to: Configuration > Network > Advanced Configuration > Other > enable Virtual Host.

Then go to System > Camera Management > and select the URL of the camera to remote in to. IMPORTANT Camera must be 'Online' for the web browser to connect.
