Question:

I forgot my password for the superuser account of my IVMS-4200. How to i recover it?

Answer:

If you dont remember you password recovery hints, You can't.

A uninstall of the IVMS-4200 software, then re-install of the software is required.

Then you can create a new superuser account and password.
