How to fix Part of image being cropped out when full screen on IVMS-4200?

If part of the image is being cropped out when full screen on the client (this typically happens when you switch to a side monitor) you can fix this by going enabling Hardware decoding.

To enable this, please go to Maintenance and management > System configuration > Image, and you can find it disabled by default. Only enable this if you have a dedicated graphics card in the computer.
