This error means that the number of remote connections to the device has exceeded the limit, the number of remote connections per device can be viewed in the spec, which is 128 for this NVR.
And remote connections and bandwidth are not the same concept, we can't get the information of whether the steam number of remote connections exceeds the limit from the bandwidth information, but we can see the number of remote connections of the device through the SDKdemo, refer to the following steps,
1. Select the device, and we can see the Total Links of the device in Management->Device State.
2. In Device State, we can see the number of connections per channel.
3. Click on the Preview Link Info below to also see the specific remote connection IP for each channel.
