How do I create groups in the iVMS-4200?

Open the iVMS-4200 software
In the main page of the software, Device Management > Group > Create Group by Device Name
Select the device's name you want in a group (in this case it's a outdoor station) > Ok
1. The name of the device is the name you assigned to it when you added it to the iVMS-4200
You will now see a group with the device's name on it. If it's a recorder (NVR/DVR), all of the cameras added to it will then be viewable on the iVMS-4200.
