I need support but was told my device is not a North American product. Who do I talk to and why can't you help me?
Answer:
All Hikvision devices are region-specific, so agents in the North American region would not be familiar with every device or piece of software from, for example, the Latin America region. That is why it is important to contact the support team familiar with your products.
