Issue:

I cannot get a live view, but no more resources from DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL - ColorVu 8MP Panoramic Turret IP Camera, 4mm Fixed Lens thru, in 7732NXI-I4/16P/4S.


Device info:
7732NXI-I4/16P/4S, FW 4.1.15 190305
4 xDS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL FW 5.7.10 220614



Solutions:

7732NXI-I4/16P/4S has two types:

Non-C Type (older) and C-Type (new)


The non-C version which is discontinued before the camera release, 

does not support DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL.


Only C version supports with the firmware version of 4.6 and above version.
