Q: For video intercom indoor station, if Do Not Disturb device type is set to ‘Indoor Station’, will this block calls between the main and sub units?
A: Selecting ‘Indoor Station’ for the disturb setting applies only to other indoor stations in different rooms. Calls between the main and sub units within the same room cannot be blocked. Enabling ‘Disturb All’ will block calls between the main and sub units, whilst also blocking calls from the door station and main station. These blocked calls will only appear in the call log.
