I can't see some of my cameras in the IVMS-4200, but I can see them on my monitor so I know they're working. How can I get them in the program?

Sometimes you may encounter issues where a camera shows up on your monitor but is not in the IVMS-4200. This may occur when you have added additional cameras after already adding your device to the IVMS-4200. To remedy this, you can enter Maintenance and Management from the main menu to enter your Device Management page. From here, look to your left and you will see the "Group" tab under Device Management. Select Group and then select your recorder from the list. Then select Import -> Encoding Channels and you will then be able to import your missing cameras into the IVMS-4200 software.
