Question:
How can I reset my password to my Hik-Connect account?
Answer:
- Open the Hik-Connect app and from the login page there is a Forgot Password box towards the bottom left
- From there you can enter the email or phone number the account was created with and a verification code will be sent
- Once you input the verification code a New Password box will come up and you can now reset the password to the account
