When I uninstall the iVMS 4200 and reinstall it, why is the previous super user account still saved?

You need to delete the iVMS 4200 from the program files on your computer to do a complete uninstall of the iVMS 4200 (thus deleting the super user account).

Open file explorer
Go into the C drive (or the hard drive you installed the iVMS 4200 on) > Program Files (x86) > delete the iVMS-4200 Site folder
