1. On the main page of the iVMS 4200 > Device Management > Account Management > Add
2. Set a user type, user name, and password for the user
3. Select the permissions you want the user to have and the devices you want them to have access to, then save

** Creating a user on the iVMS 4200 software only restricts their access to devices on the software itself. Any limitations you want a user to have on the unit itself (local interface/monitor connected to unit & web interface) need to have a user created on the device itself, not in the iVMS 4200.
