Can I get an older version of Hik-Connect?

Question:

I would like a previous version of the Hik-Connect app, where can I find it?

Answer:

It is not advisable to use older versions of our applications. In certain situations where it may be necessary you can contact us directly and explain the situation, but we would only be able to provide the older version for Android devices. Due to the nature of iphones they will not be able to install previous versions.
