How do I add devices to the Hik-Connect website?
Answer:
- Log into the Hik-Connect app through the website (www.hik-connect.com)
- Click on 'Add' > put in the device serial number > search
- It will show you the device model and serial number, click on the '+' on the image
- It may ask you for a verification code, you can find this in the platform access/Hik-Connect section in the local gui of the recorder, or a label on the device/box it came in
- You will then see it online in the 'Device management' list in the website.
