I am getting a message on the live view that says "No resources". How do i fix this?

I am getting a message on the live view that says "No Resources". How do i fix this?

Answer:

This is caused by too high a bitrate for the main, event and sub streams. The typical best bitrate setting for the streams are as follows. 

Cameras 4MP and lower:

Main and event streams = 1536

Sub stream - 256

Cameras 5MP to 8MP

Main and event streams = 3072

Sub stream = =256

After making these setting changes. Reboot the recorder.

 *The above setting will be for standard Hikvision cameras and excluding spatiality cameras IE: fisheye, 180degree cameras etc.
