This setup guide begins with unboxing the unit and mainly focus on wireless dial and power configurations. There are samples of battery and VCA alarms come through Hik-Connect App, along with other related features. Refer to User Manual and Quick Start Guide for more installation details. It only needs the APN from SIM card provider which can be found online; both T-Mobile and AT&T are verified at the moment. APN for AT&T should be NXTGENPHONE, below is T-Mobile in this case.

Enable eMMC Protection (enabled by default): show status and protection of the build-in storage (image below)
Built-in storage: about 25 GB which is HDD NO.2 in below image, it can be used to store recording and event captures; or formatted to clear the data. HDD NO.1 is from external SD slot which support up to 256 GB.

1. Is it able to connect to local network and SIM card (4G) simultaneously?
Yes, that's how to setup wireless network during the setup phrase basically. Connect RJ45 to network to gain access to web interface first, then RJ45 can be disconnected when wireless access is configured and ready to deploy.
2, Can it use as regular IP camera?
Yes, when RJ45 connected to network; it can search on SADP tool, add to NVR/DVR or IVMS4200 with IP address.
